Provider Relations

One of the added benefits of being a member of Health Partners is the Provider Relations department. Provider Relations is responsible for helping member physicians resolve managed care or third-party payer disputes or problems. Provider Relations helps bridge the gap between the member physician and the managed care corporation or third-party payer.

Provider Relations also performs the additional service of monitoring payers for contract compliance. We monitor contracts for any issues that may adversely affect your practice. As a member physician you’ll also receive a summary for each contract in advance of its implementation and will be given the choice to participate.
